CONSTITUTION: A nonwoven fabric containing at least 40% by wt. of a total fiber of a polyolefinic fiber is used. A deodorant or control agent is adhered to the surface of the nonwoven fabric or only the specific layer thereof such as the intermediate layer or both front and back layers thereof. After this treatment, the nonwoven fabric is dried and subjected to charging treatment. As the deodorant, a natural vegetable deodorant or a reactive deodorant such as a ferric ion adsorbent, polyhydric phenol or a phthalocyanine compound is used. As the control agent, a fungicide or a sterilizing agent is used and an organohalogen or hydrochloride compound is designated. The adhesion amount of the deodorant or the control agent is pref. 1% or more by wt. of the nonwoven fabric.
