CONSTITUTION: The objective resin composition is prepared by compounding 100pts.wt. of an acetyl cellulose resin (preferably having an acetylation degree of ≥52%) with preferably 20W100pts.wt. of a polycaprolactone polyol of formula (l, m and n are positive integer, and 1≤l+m+n≤10; R is polyhydric alcohol main chain) (preferably having an OH value of 35W560KOH-mg/g and an average molecular weight of 250W1,000) as a plasticizer. The plasticizer of formula can be prepared by the ring-opening reaction of ε-caprolactone in the presence of 0.1W1,000ppm of a catalyst such as tetrabutyl titanate using a polyhydric alcohol such as neopentyl glycol as an initiator.
