The arrangement for controlling systems on the basis of a micro-computer having ROM and RAM, interfaces of a web server and data recoding is designed according to the invention as a compact unit for controlling cooling, air conditioning, ventilation, pneumatic and hydraulic systems comprising components from different manufacturers and comprises: a micro-processor having a plurality of controllers that can be freely programmed regarding the functions thereof, a web server as control function operating unit; a network connection; a plurality of multiport inputs that can be programmed freely regarding the functions thereof for actual value control signals; communication interfaces for internal and external networks and/or bluetooth; standardized interfaces for the communication with the system; a plurality of analog and digital outputs for controlling the system components; function-related input by way of communication means and an external plain text display and/or remote polling and/or programming via communication interfaces.
