| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of a thermal bridge on a bottom and a side wall and to obtain an excellent rigidity by forming the bottom and the side wall with a plurality of laminated plates comprising a foaming portion in such a manner that the coating plates are located on a hard foam region, and firmly connecting the inner coating plates of the bottom and the side wall, and the outer coating plates of the bottom and the side wall to one another. CONSTITUTION: A bottom 1 and a side wall 10 formed by the laminated plates comprising the foam in such a manner that the coating plates 2, 3, 11, 12 are located on a hard foam region, the inner coating plates 3, 11 of the bottom and the side wall are firmly connected to one another at one side, and the outer coating plates 2, 12 of the bottom and the side wall are firmly connected to one another at the other side. A foaming portion is completely formed in a part of a hollow chamber defined by the hard form region and the coating plates of the bottom and the side wall during the processing of the foam material, the components and the manufacturing condition of the foam material are agreed with those of the hard foam of the bottom and the side wall, and the hard foam component in the foam is entered into the bottom, the side wall, and a connecting portion having the hard foam, of the coating plates. | ||||||
