摘要	PURPOSE: To safely transfer passengers from a transport car, being brought to a standstill, to a rescue position by providing a rescue track arranged above a transport track, a rescue cabin, and a means to move a rescue cabin between the rescue car and a transport car. CONSTITUTION: When passengers in two transport cars 22 and 22' being brought to a standstill in the same sections of transport tracks 18 and 20 are rescued, a rescue cabin 50 reaches a site along a rescue track 32 in parallel to a transport track and prepares for a rescue work for rescue units 60 and 60'. Thereafter, a rescue vessel 82 is lowered to the height of a car cabin 26 by a winch 79 to control a rope 80 and attached to the car cabin. A corresponding door member is unlocked by rescue men in the vessel 82 getting off and an opening 29 is removed, and the passengers are transferred from the car cabin 26 to the vessel 82. When the passengers get on, the vessel 82 is lifted up to the platform of the unit 60 by a winch 79 and the passengers are transferred from the vessel 82 to the rescue cabin 50.
