| 摘要 | PURPOSE: To perform the terminal treatment of a spiral spring even if the mattress sizes to be used vary by controlling the feeding length of the spiral wire according to the width size of a spring bar piece and making a terminal treating device freely located along the width direction of the spring bar piece. CONSTITUTION: A pair of linear wires 21a, 22a fed by a forming and feeding device 101 are measured at their linear feeding length by the one roller 250 and encoder 251 forming a bend removing part 104 at the time when passing through the bend removing part 104 of a feeding mechanism 102, controlled so as to attain to the size of the spiral wire conformed to the width size of a spring bar piece and cut. They are then fed to a forming mechanism 103 after passing a torsion removing part 105 and driving part 106, formed in spiral wires 21, 22 by passing through the inside of the guide body 131 which is attained to a tapered part at its one end side and after its subjecting to a pitch adjustment fed between a pair of rollers to be combined with the spring bar piece.
