本発明は、カルシウム−珪酸塩−和物(C−S−H相)をベースとする部材を、a)酸化カルシウムCaOと二酸化珪素SiO 2とを含有する固体から水性懸濁液を製造する工程、その際、Ca:Siのモル比に関しては0.5:1.0〜2.5:1.0の値が選択される、b)温度が100℃を超えることなく前記水性懸濁液を粉砕する工程、この工程によりナノ結晶質のC−S−H相が形成される、c)水相を分離する工程、d)前記ナノ結晶質のC−S−H相を含有する残留物を取り出し、かつ乾燥する工程、この工程により粉末状の生成物が得られる、e)乾燥した粉末を型に充填し、かつ圧を加える工程、この工程により前記粉末が圧縮されて部材となる、f)型を除去する工程、により製造する方法に関する。 本発明による方法は、定義された表面電荷を有するナノ結晶質のセメント水和物相を合成するために、結合剤を製造するためのベース材料としての、定義された組成および表面電荷を有する、完全に水和されたC−S−H相を製造するために、およびセメント結合部材の結合のための出発材料としての完全に水和され、乾燥されたセメント水和物を製造するために役立つ。

Then, on the basis of the difference of the radiuses of curvature of the estimated advancing route and the estimated traveling lane, the difference of the radiuses of curvature of the advancing route and the travleing lane is compared with a threshold determined on the basis of the vehcilevehicle speed, traveling lane width and the position of one's own vehicle in the traveling lane, etc., by a breakaway judging means 13, and it is judged whether one's own vehicle is in the state of the breakaway from the traveling lane or not.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing cement air milk capable of forming a hardened body having excellent high fluidity, material/water separation preventability, packing properties and operability, and having a desired unit volume weight, and strength. SOLUTION: A metakaolin-containing inorganic additive is foamingly mixed into cement in advance. Water is added to the cement mixture, and this mixture is subjected to foaming treatment. Alternatively, an inorganic additive consisting of one or more kinds selected from bentnite, metakaolin, and a calcium silicate hydrate (wherein, the ratio of Ca/Si=1.0 to 4.0, and loss on ignition=5 to 35%) is added to cement in advance.
