The melting point of the paraffin-based phase change material is between 23 and 32 degrees Celsius. The density, the thermal conductivity, the heat storing capacity, and the specific heat capacity of the paraffin-based phase change material are between 0.6 and 0.75 kg/l, between 4 and 4.5 kcal/hm°C, between 110 and 180 kJ/kg, and between 1.0 and 2.0 kJ/(KgxK). A method for manufacturing the mortar composition includes the paraffin-based phase change material and cement mixing process and a sand and water introducing process with respect to the mixture.

CONSTITUTION: The production of glaze with magnetic property comprises the steps of: preparing a slurry composed of 900-1100pts.wt. of plutonic rocks, 170-220pts.wt. of sea water, 90-120pts.wt. of mineral water and 40-60pts.wt. of liquid containing bamboo charcoal, wherein the amount of the raw materials are based on 1pts.wt. of magnetospirillum bacteria pack; putting 1pts.wt. of magnetospirillum bacteria pack, 50% of prepared slurry, 1pts.wt. of magnetospirillum bacteria pack and 50% of prepared slurry by turns in a container, and filling the remaining slurry part with 200pts.wt. of sea water and 100pts.wt. of mineral water; pouring the mixed powder(200mesh) of 170-220pts.wt. of sea water, 90-120pts.wt. of mineral water, 40-60pts.wt. of liquid containing bamboo charcoal, 2-3pts.wt. of iron and 0.08-0.12pts.wt. of magnesium into the container per 2-3months, and aging for 1 year. The magnetospirillum bacteria pack is obtained by mixing 1 badge of magnetospirillum bacteria, 90-110kg of plutonic rocks, 40-55kg of sea water and 7-11kg of liquid containing bamboo charcoal and 1kg of iron, and aging the mixture for 3months. The liquid containing bamboo charcoal is obtained by firing 100pts.wt. of bamboo for 2hrs in reductive atmosphere, and adding 100pts.wt. of mineral water and 0.4pts.wt. of sun-dried salt to the ash. The ceramic balls coated with magnetic glaze are manufactured by immersing ceramic balls emitting far infrared rays in the glaze, and sintering at 1200-1350deg.C, wherein the ceramic balls are obtained by mixing kaolin iron oxide and aluminum oxide, grinding to 200-250mesh, forming and sintering at 700-800deg.C.
