121 | SELF-LEVELING WATER-BASE COMPOSITION | EP94930344 | 1994-10-20 | EP0725044A4 | 1997-07-02 | SOEDA KOICHI; HAYASHI HIROSHI; MATSUHISA MAKOTO; SATO KAZUHIRO; ASHIYAHARA SATORU; TSUCHIYA KAZUYOSHI; HOSONO KATSUO; KINOSHITA MITSUO; MIURA YOSHIMASA |
A self-leveling water-base composition comprising 100 parts by weight of a base material comprising a mixture of cement with natural, type II anhydrous gypsum in a weight ratio of 40/60 to 80/20, a dispersant comprising 0.1-3 parts by weight of an acrylic dispersant alone or together with 0.1-2 parts by weight of a melamine dispersant, 0.01-0.6 part by weight of a thickener, 0.01-0.6 part by weight of an antifoam, 0.05-1 part by weight of a setting accelerator, 0.2-6 parts by weight of a shrinkage reducing agent, 30-300 parts by weight of an aggregate, and 30-60 parts by weight of water. This composition can provide a flooring material having such excellent characteristics that it undergoes only an extremely lowered length change, neither cracks nor peels off the ground, and has a high water resistance independent of the environmental conditions, concrete thickness and other conditions. Further, the composition can maintain a high fluidity for long, so that it can be prepared in a factory and transported to the working site on an agitator car for in-place casting. The flooring material made from this composition is remarkably excellent in both quality and workability.

A quick setting high strength hardening composition is prepared using a spent lime-based absorbent from flue gas desulfurization as starting material. The clacium sulfite in the dry spent absorbent is oxidized to calcium sulfate, and by treatment of the dry oxidized spent absobent with sulfuric acid at a temperature above 55°C, basic calcium compounds, i.e. lime which has not reacted in the desulfurization process, or CaO formed from said lime during oxidation, are neutralized. |

The Invention is related to increasing of early strength and final strengths of cements classified under EN and ASTM as Portland or CEM cements and also related to all clinker employing cements and to any kinds which employ calcium sulphates for set optimization and is for composing of new cements by only assesing new methods for production and is for composing of new cements by only assessing new methods to formation and inclusion of calcium sulphate resources which are used for set optimization.A new calcium sulphate resource is obtained by employing lower heats and this input is arranged to different dehydration levels at which they can be most efficient for the selected use. These different dehydration levels are called intermediate phases of dehydrate or hemihydrates or called as monohydrate.. The Invention clarifies a well defined reactivity power concept which was not defined by the existing scientific basis. As a result, cements which have much higher early strengths than the known could be produced.

134 | HIGH RESISTANCE GYPSUM PARTS AND PREPARATION METHOD TO OBTAIN THESE PARTS | PCT/BR2006000192 | 2006-09-21 | WO2007033452A3 | 2009-04-02 | SOUZA MILTON FERREIRA DE; ROSSETTO HEBERT LUIS; KANNO WELLINGTON MASSAYUKI |
The preparation of gypsum parts (dihydrate calcium sulfate) with high mechanical resistance is obtained with the aid of water layers with nanometric thickness. Calcium sulfate is used, dihydrate as well as hemihydrate, to obtain parts from these two materials, pure or mixed, especially to use in construction work, where the parts are prepared by compressing their slightly humidified powders. |
