PURPOSE: To keep the order of workpieces in the same order by transferring the workpieces in parallel with the conveying path from one storage path to the next one in the end of the storage path while keeping the storage device inactive each time the conveying path is advanced one step, and while keeping the storage device inactive each time the storage path is moved by one step.
CONSTITUTION: The workpieces to be temporarily stored are passed along at least one bypass path equipped with two storage paths 10, 11 running in opposite directions laterally to the conveying surface, and the length of the storage paths is jointly changed in a way dependent on an increase and decrease of the degree of charging thereof. Then, the overall of a storage device 1 is moved by one step while keeping the storage paths inactive each time a conveying path 9 is advanced as much as the number of steps corresponding to the number of effective storage paths. In the way, the storage paths are moved by one step while keeping the storage device inactive each time the conveying path is advanced by one step, and the workpieces are transferred in parallel with the conveying path from one storage route to the next one in the end part of the storage route while keeping the storage device inactive each time the storage route is moved.

CONSTITUTION: A guide 13 having slots in horizontal and vertical parts of a frame 3 is provided. A power transmission element 16 consisting of an elastic band is arranged in the guide 13 to support a pair of transverse bars 25 as a sweeping unit so as to travel. It is reciprocated by a transmission means 22 such as a drive shaft 24, a drive wheel 23, an auxiliary shaft 20, a guide wheel 11, a belt. According to this configuration, it is engaged with a guide 21 of a reinforcing board 12 of a compact multifloor type pallet to make the transverse bars 25 perform sweeping reciprocal movement so as to remove an article on a pallet not shown. Consequently, it is possible to shorten handling time. |

PURPOSE: To enhance the efficiency of accommodation for articles, by arranging a plurality of introduction mechanisms each adapted to reserve therein a predetermined amount of articles fed by a conveyer and to deliver the thus reserved articles to racks in an article accommodating storage, between the racks and the conveyer.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of racks 2 in several stages, each of which accommodates thereon several articles in a lined-up condition, are incorporated in an accommodating storage 1 which may be elevated one stage by one stage by means of an elevating mechanism which is not shown. A conveyer 4 is laid in parallel with the storage 1 on the opening 3 side of the latter, and conveys thereon articles which are divided into groups each having plural articles during the previous process step. Further, a shifting device 5 having a plurality of introduction mechanisms 5' (5AW5D) on which articles are set to be conveyed and which are adapted to be moved in the direction orthogonal to the conveyer 4, is laid between the storage 1 and the conveyer 4. The introduction mechanisms 5' are alternately operated so that one of the introduction mechanism 5' introduces articles from the conveyer 4 and reserves them while the other introduction mechanism 5' delivers articles which has been already reserved therein onto racks 2.

CONSTITUTION:A transport jig M is supported onto a holding body 17, and a stepping motor is started by the control signal supplied from an arithmetic control part, and the holding body 17 is moved by turning a feed screw, and a pair of holding grooves 23 and 23 at the uppermost edge of the transport jig M are positioned to come onto the equal plane to the sliding-down surface 24 of a sliding-down plate 10. Then, an arm 11 is positioned at the position of a thyristor 1 accommodated into a station, and the silicone substrate side of the thyristor 1 is vacuum-adsorbed by a grip 12, and the adsorbed thyristor 1 is transported to the position directly over the sliding-down plate 10 by turning the arm 11. When vacuum adsorption is released, the thyristor 1 is released from the grip 12, and slides-down on the sliding-down surface 24, setting the supporting member side downward, in the direction of arrow 24 by the dead weight, and then accommodated into the holding grooves 23 and 23 of the transport jig M on the equal plane. |

PURPOSE:To improve an operating ratio by forming a shifting stage with a lifter, a roller conveyor, and a mount section, shifting parts boxed to a stock section and a row disposal section in stacks, and carrying out vacant boxes when supplying parts to an assembly process in pats boxes. CONSTITUTION:Stacked boxes are shifted by a robot or the like to the mount section 24 of a lifter 19 stopped at a shifting stage, then conveyor rollers 21 are driven by a control signal to convey them to a fixed position of the mount section 24. Next, the mount section 24 is lowered to the lower end of a shift section 11 and is shifted to a stock section 12 by the rollers 21, and the boxes are delivered to the mount section 33 of the stock section 12. When pats boxes on the lifter 13 of a row disposal section 13 are discharged, a mount section 41 is lowered tot he same height as that of the mount section 33 of the stock section 12, parts are taken out in sequence starting from the top-row parts box, vacant boxes are stacked on the mount section 41, and stacked vacant boxes are carried out by rollers of the disposal section 13. According to this constitution, an operating ratio can be improved. |

CONSTITUTION:The projecting piece 27 of the elevation member 26 of a batch feeding apparatus 24 is engaged with a batch 7 and delivers said batch 7 into the supporting piece 28 of a batch lowering apparatus 25. Then, a plate-shaped article W is delivered to the bottom part between the first lead pitches 20a and 20a of a lead screw 20 by lowering the batch lowering apparatus 25. Then, the lead screw 20 is revolved to transfer the plate-shaped article W into the second lead pitches 20b and 20b parts equal to the tray pitch. Then, the article is lifted-up by a pushing-up member 49, and transferred into a tray 8, held by a chuck apparatus 40. With such constitution, work can be executed at high speed, and the breakage due to the contact between parts can be prevented. |

PURPOSE:To securely take out a work by detecting said work taken out from a cassette in the captioned cassette type conveyor device and thereby controlling elevation of the cassette and drive of a conveyance belt, while finely adjusting the cassette when no work is taken out. CONSTITUTION:A lower stage part of a cassette 1 is lowered to be located on a conveyor belt 12 by making use of an elevation motor 4. A lower stage work is taken out with use of a conveying motor 11, and conveyed. Thereupon, a detector 13 for detecting the work going in and out monitors the conveyance of the work, and with the work being conveyed without fail, the motor 11 is stopped, while unless conveyed the elevation motor 4 is driven, whereby the cassette 1 is vertically moved slightly, e.g., by about 1.5mm for checking the conveyance. Without conveyance, an alarm is produced. These operations are executed in conformity with a prescribed program with the aid of a controller 14. With such arrangement, any work can securely be taken out from the cassette. |

CONSTITUTION:When a printed board is automatically fed to a working equipment, magazine B which contains printed boards, is pushed into a stocker while its frame 12 is lowered to the bottom position. Then a strut 27 is lifted up together with the frame 12 while lifter 11 is operated by a motor 5 until a detector 28 comes in contact with an approaching switch 26. Next, the printed board 31 is forwarded to a working equipment by way of a guide 32 with a chuck 30 actuated in a control section D. Simultaneously, the printed board 31 is taken back to the magazine after it has been worked. The magazine B is lifted up with the motor operated to receive in order the printed board 31 which has been worked. |
