Ein Puffer für Schienenfahrzeuge weist einen mit einer Ausnehmung (3) versehenen Pufferkopf (1) auf. In der Ausnehmung (3) ist eine aus Kunststoff bestehende Pufferplatte (6) fixiert, welche auf der dem Boden (4) der Ausnehmung (3) zugewandten Rückseite eine im wesentlichen glatte Oberfläche aufweist. Um die Beschädigungsgefahr der Pufferplatte (6) beim Einwirken von Seitenkräften zu eliminieren, ist der Boden der Ausnehmung (3) der Boden (4) der Ausnehmung (3) mit Erhebungen und/oder Vertiefungen (5) versehen. Diese Struktur ist vorzugsweise in Form einer oder mehrerer spiralförmig in den Boden der Ausnehmung (3) eingelassenen Rille(n) (5) ausgebildet. Die Rille(n) (5) wird/werden vorzugsweise durch spanabhebende Bearbeitung des Bodens der Ausnehmung (3) erzeugt.

Es wird ein Puffer für Schienenfahrzeuge vorgeschlagen, der aus einer am Schienenfahrzeug zu befestigenden Pufferhülse (1) und einem federnd daran abgestützten Pufferstössel (2) besteht. Der Pufferstössel (2) weist einen Pufferkopf (4) auf, der mit einer durch eine Pufferplatte (7) gebildeten Stossfläche (9) versehen ist. Die Pufferplatte (7) ist entlang ihrer Umfangsfläche mit einer Nut (8) versehen und in einer Vertiefung (5) des Pufferkopfs (4) aufgenommen. Diese Vertiefung (5) ist von einem Randsteg (6) umgeben, welcher durch plastische Verformung im Sinne einer Bördelung entlang des Umfangs an mehreren Stellen derart nach innen gebogen ist, dass Abschnitte (6a) entstehen, die in die umlaufende Nut (8) der Pufferplatte (7) eingreifen und letztere fixieren. Ein derartig ausgebildeter Puffer ist einfach und kostengünstig zu fertigen. Zudem weist die Stossfläche (9) der Pufferplatte (7) keine Befestigungsöffnungen auf.

The invention relates to a buffer for railway wagons which has an impact bushing (8) positioned inside the buffer plunger (1) in such a way that it slides, opposite the buffer plate (2). Said impact bushing (8) has a projection (9) which adjoins the impact surface (14) of said buffer plunger (1) in its outer position. Said impact bushing (8) is positioned with its rear side adjacent to the impact plate (28) located in the buffer axis. A stopping seat (25) is configured in said impact bushing (8) in such a way that a stopping projection (24) of the buffer is located opposite said stopping seat (25) when the buffer is in the out position.

Ein Puffer für Schienenfahrzeuge weist eine am Schienenfahrzeug zu befestigende Pufferhülse (1) und einen über ein vorgespanntes Federpaket (9) an der Pufferhülse (1) abgestützten Pufferstössel (2) auf. Der Pufferstössel (2) ist axial gegenüber der Pufferhülse (1) verschiebbar, wobei der maximale Ausschub des Pufferstössels (2) durch einen Endanschlag begrenzt wird. Als Endanschlag wird ein am Pufferstössel (2) fixierter Sprengring (8) vorgeschlagen, der sich bei maximalem Ausschub an einem auf der Aussenseite der Pufferhülse (1) umlaufenden Vorsprung anlegt. Ein derartiger Puffer ist kostengünstig zu fertigen und kann einfach und schnell zusammengebaut werden.
