SOLUTION: (1) The overhead console device 10 has a lid 30 which is equipped with a device body 20 disposed on the ceiling of a cabin, a design wall 31, and a tray wall 32, and turnable to the device body 20, and a rear seat confirmation mirror 40 movably supported on the tray wall 32 of the lid 30. (2) The tray wall 32 is equipped with an outer wall 32a and an inner wall 32b disposed between the outer wall 32a and the inner wall 32b at a distance 32c, and the rear seat confirmation mirror 40 is slidably supported with the outer wall 32a and the inner wall 32b. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overhead console capable of being used for checking a rear seat with the dimension of a conventional one without drastically changing the outer shape of the overhead console, and equipped with a rear view mirror which can be stored when not used.
