PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working efficiency by reducing loss of films.
SOLUTION: A wireless IC chip wherein defect portion information for describing the position and range of the defect portion of the film 3 is mounted to a film roll 6. An IC chip reader 62 reads the defect portion information from the wireless IC chip, and inputs it to a laminate process control part for controlling whole of a laminate device 20. The laminate process control part specifies a carrying position of the defect portion of the film 3 based on the carrying position and the defect portion information of the film 3. When the defect portion of the film 3 is fed to a joining section 22, supply of a substrate 2 to the joining section is stopped and a joining mechanism 67 is moved to a retracted position not contacting with the substrate 2 and the film 3, and the defect portion of the film 3 is passed from a pressure position of the joining mechanism 67.

PURPOSE: To make the number of treating processes min. and to perform thermoforming without necessity of prelaminating process by a method wherein a multilayered formable material in which the outermost layer from a mold is not perforated and other layers are perforated is fed into a heated mold and is vacuum-formed by fitting it, to the contour shape of the mold and is then taken out of the mold. CONSTITUTION: For example, a structural body consisting of three layers of poly(butylene terephthalate)-impregnated glass fiber fabrics contg. glass fiber and an unfilled poly(butylene terephthalate) outermost layer is formed. Several holes are respectively made in these filled layers. A mold is heated and all the four layers are drawn by action or vacuum to bring them into hermetical contact the inside of the mold. Then, the mold is cooled and a thermoformed article with excellent appearance and holding properties is taken out. |

PURPOSE:To remove the curls of the titled material effectively without giving any flaws, any wrinkles etc. by heating, shrinking and then cooling, in a specific condition, a magnetic recording material sheet which is gripped by clips at both ends as if it is floated in the air. CONSTITUTION:First, a sheet composed of a base film (preferably biaxial stretched polyethylene terephthalic film) and a magnetic layer (preferably ferromagnetic metallic membrane) is gripped with clips at both ends and said sheet is held as if it is floated in the air. The sheet which looks to float in the air is sent generally to a furnace, said base film is heated above the glass transition point Tg deg.C and below Tg+120 deg.C, shrunk at the area contraction coefficients 0.1-10% and then cooled, preferably, slowly below 40 deg.C/sec. Additionally, a stentor should be applied to grip the sheet with clips and float it in the air. |
