| PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knife having spare blade with which structure and operations are simplified. SOLUTION: A knife 10 has a grip 12, which is composed of a main body 13 and a lid 14 movable in longitudinal direction (x) in respect to this main body, and a spare blade 11 and the lid 14 can be moved from an opening position to a closing position. At the opening position, a front pressing plane 20 on the lid 14 can be pressed inside toward the blade 11 against a spring return operation. At the closing position, the lid 14 pushes a supporter 17 outside through the spring return operation while using a holding plane 30 engaged with the supporter 17 at the main body 13. At the closing position, the lid 14 is stricted by friction coupling, fitting engagement or insertion coupling between a rear end range 22 of the lid 14 and a rear supporting stand 18 at the main body 13. | PURPOSE: To provide a blade handle, i.e., a blade holder capable of inserting a plurality of blades in order for using a blade only once and then throw away. CONSTITUTION: A combined blade body 10 for surgery can be inserted by a plurality of blades in order. Each of the blade provides a plurality of the cleats of the blade receiving zone of the holder and/or the opening portion of receiving a butt portion. The holder 10 consists of the fixed handle portion 12 and handle portion 14 of fixing each other for fixedly holding the blade in the blade receiving zone by making them to pivotally move each other in a plane surface of the same lengthened direction around the center of a pivotal point 29 positioned adjacent to the blade receiving zone. The fixed handle portion 12 is gripped by one hand, and the lock of a rotating handle portion 14 is released by using the finger of the same hand, and the handle portion 14 is made to rotate, and then the blade is released by one hand and removed away without touching the blade.
