PURPOSE: An angle head for milling machine is provided to position a material and a cutting tool coaxial by placing a holder, in which the cutting tool is fitted horizontally, on one end of the second shaft installed on the lower part of the angle head. CONSTITUTION: An angle head(10) for milling machine comprises a spindle, a cutting tool(36), a first shaft, a coupling, a first bevel gear, a second bevel gear, a second shaft, and a holder(34). The cutting tool is installed on the spindle to process grooves on a material. The first shaft is perpendicularly installed inside the angle head and rotates together with the spindle. The coupling is inserted in the first shaft and the spindle and fixed by a key, and connects the first shaft and the spindle. The first bevel gear is installed on the bottom of the first shaft and rotates together with the first shaft. The second bevel gear is installed to engage with the first bevel gear and rotates together with the first bevel gear. The second shaft is installed through the second bevel gear and rotates together with the second bevel gear. The holder is fitted with the cutting tool and installed on one end of the second shaft.

A cylinder(110) is one body used to perform reciprocating motion and rotation motion for a spindle(130). A piston(120) is able to slide in the cylinder in a state in which the piston passes through two opposite ends of the cylinder and protrudes from the opposite ends. A reciprocation unit(140) allows the piston to reciprocate. A motor(150) is connected to a base end of the spindle formed with a spline(130a) and mounted on the cylinder. The piston passes through a cylindrical space(S) of the cylinder. The space is connected to an oil supplying part(160) supplying oil with a predetermined pressure.

PURPOSE: A horizontal machining center using a b-axial partition guard is provided to replace a workpiece during a process as well as to process an optional slant face using a B axle and to prevent chips and cutting oil from being scattered. CONSTITUTION: A fixture(2) oppositely clamping two workpieces(3) is put on a table(1) and a partition guard(4) is overlapped on the fixture. The fixture and the partition guard are rotated in any angle with the rotation of a B axle. A B axial guard(5) is fixed with a guard body and in a hemispheric shaft to prevent chips and cutting oil from being scattered even if the B axle is rotated in an optional angle. A wiper(6) is placed between the partition guard and the B axial guard. A bearing is combined to the upper rotating center of the B axial guard and the central axle of the bearing is fixed to a rotary frame(9) of the partition guard. The wiper is also fixed to the rotary frame to prevent the chips from being scattered. To replace a workpiece, the B axle is rotated with the partition guard, the fixture, the rotation plate, and the wiper at 180 degrees without the scattering of chips and cutting oil.
