| A spindle manufacturing method for a door hinge device is provided to improve productivity and profitability by reducing manufacturing cost and improving quality of a complete product. A spindle manufacturing method of a door hinge device comprises: a step for forming a small caliber lower rod part(1a) at the bottom of a material and an incline(1b) connected to the lower rod part; a step of symmetrically forming a second incline(1d) and a planar section(1c) to connect the small caliber lower rod part to the incline and symmetrically forming a key groove(1e) at the upper part of the spindle; a step of forming a hanging end(1f) at the bottom of the key groove by reducing the length of the spindle exposed to the outside of a second dice after positioning a third punch at the location of a second punch with positioning semi-product manufactured through the steps at the second dice; and a step for planarizing the upper and lower surfaces of the spindle by drawing out the semi-product from the second dice and forming chamfers(1h,1g) at the edge of the upper and lower parts. | ||||||
