CONSTITUTION: A cereal circulating concurrent-flow dryer(10) comprises a tempering unit, drying unit(30), cereal discharging unit(40), circulating unit(50), and controller(60). The tempering unit tempers cereals and drops them through a feed chute. The drying unit includes a plurality of hot-air chambers. Hot-air discharging units are arranged in the lower part of the hot-air chamber. The cereal discharging unit discharges the cereal dropped through the drying unit. The circulating unit re-circulates the discharged cereals to the tempering unit. The controller controls the operations of the drying unit, cereal discharging unit, and circulating unit.

본 고안은 자동 곡물볶음확대기에 관한 것으로서 고압의 밀폐용기에서 곡물을 볶은 다음 순간적으로 압력을 강하시키면 곡물은 수배에서 수십 배로 팽창되는 원리를 이용한 것으로 종래에는 수동으로 작업이 이루어져 뚜껑을 순간적으로 개방하여 고압의 상태에서 곡물이 팽창하도록 하는 작업에서는 큰 소음과 충격이 작용하게 되어 작업자가 부상을 입을 가능성이 있으며 또한 내부압력의 상승을 방치하면 자칫 압력용기의 폭발로 이어져 큰 사고의 위험성을 가지고 있는 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 개발된 것으로서, 내부에 곡물을 넣을 수 있는 수납공간를 구비하고, 외벽은 이중으로 구성되어 그 중간에는 외부 전기와 연결되어 가열되는 발열층를 구비하며, 일측은 개방되어 고압의 상황에서도 뚜껑조임핀에 의하여 안전하게 닫혀있고 일측의 방아쇠핀을 회전하면 방아쇠고리가 젖혀져 개방되도록 하는 뚜껑으로 구성되는 압력용기와; 수직으로 입설되어 테이블구동모터에 의하여 회전하는 원형의 회전테이블을 포함하여, 그 회전중심에서 방사형으로 상기 압력용기가 적어도 3개 이상 일정간격으로 회전가능하게 장착되는 테이블회전장치와; 상기 회전테이블에 장착되는 압력용기회전모터가 상기 3개 이상의 압력용기와 연결되어 상기 압력용기를 회전시키는 압력용기회전장치와; 곡물 투입이 완료된 상태에서 뚜껑을 밀착시키고 상기 뚜껑조임핀을 회전시켜 압력용기에 뚜껑을 장착하는 뚜껑 조임장치와; 상기 회전테이블의 양측을 가이드하는 틸링프레임의 양측이 지지되고 일측은 감속모터와 연동되어 상기 감속모터의 작동에 의하여 상기 회전테이블이 전후로 일정각도 기울어지도록 하되 선택된 하나 이상의 압력용기는 회전을 멈추도록 하는 회전테이블 위치조정장치와; 상기 회전테이블 위치조정장치에 의하여 상기 회전테이블이 전방으로 일정 각도 기울어지면 일 압력용기의 뚜껑부분은 후방으로 갈수록 그 내경이 확대되는 곡물받이의 입구에 밀접하며, 상기 압력용기의 방아쇠핀을 회전시켜 뚜껑이 순간적으로 개방되도록 하는 곡물배출 및 뚜껑개방장치와; 상기 회전테이블 위치조정장치에 의하여 상기 회전테이블이 후방으로 일정 각도 기울어졌을 때 뚜껑이 개방된 압력용기의 개방된 입구로 곡물투입호스의 끝단이 회전하여 위치하도록 하고, 상기 곡물투입호스로 설정된 분량의 곡물이 투입되도록 하는 곡물 투입장치로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동 곡물볶음확대기에 관한 것이다.

These removed parts of the grain are comminuted, in particular during the removal of the outer layer. Then there follows conveying the comminuted removed outer layer and the grain into a milling device and milling the comminuted removed outer layer and the grain, in particular a mixture thereof, in the milling device to form flour, in particular whole grain flour.

The seed cleaner comprises a scalper drum which drives an auger pick up and which separates all materials thicker than the desired seed such as head, stalks and the like.
