A fitting part 62 is formed on the torque transmission part 61 so as to be fitted to a fitting permission part 34 that is formed on at least a portion of the angle detection rotary part 33 in the circumferential direction thereof. A contact fitting portion 62t which is brought into contact with and fitted to the fitting permission part 34 of the fitting part 62 is tapered toward the corresponding fitting part 34.
