A voltage sensor 43 detects this voltage, and turns on a clock generator 45. The clock generator 45 supplies a periodic enable pulse to a wiper moving control pin of an electronic adjustable potential divider 47. A wiper 48 divides both ends voltage of a resistance element 49 according to its position, and supplies corresponding continuous voltage Vc. A comparator 50 compares the voltage Vm with the voltage Vc, and when Vm is larger than Vc, the wiper is raised, and when Vm is smaller than Vc, the wiper is lowered, and output is supplied to an up/down pin. Like this, the voltage Vc quickly approaches the voltage Vm.
