PURPOSE:To simplify structure, to miniaturize a device and to lower power by curving and supporting a leaf spring with a flying member, transmitting the displacement of an electrostrictive or piezoelectric element arranged in parallel on the projecting surface side of the leaf spring by a displacing lever arm for the electrostrictive or piezoelectric element and giving the flying member force while opposing the projecting surface of the leaf spring. CONSTITUTION:When voltage is applied to a piezoelectric element 4 under the state in which a movable contact 2 is brought into contact with a contact 5a, the element 4 is displaced at high speed in spite of a minute distance in the direction of the arrow A, and a lever arm 5 is turned and operated centering around one end 3c. The contact 5a is transmitted while a displacement is magnified at that time, the movable contact 2 as a flying member is subject to force and accelerated and files, and a leaf spring 1 is inverted and operated and the movable contact 2 is brought to the state in which the contact 2 is brought into contact with a contact 7a. When voltage is applied to a piezoelectric element 6 from the state, the movable contact 2 is subject to force in the direction of the arrow B, is accelerated, is separated from the contact 7a and files to a contact 5a section, the lead spring 1 is inverted and worked again, and the lead spring is brought to the state in which it is brought into contact with the contact 5a. Accordingly, the movable contact 2 can be changed over to the contact 7a from the contact 5a and to the contact 5a from the contact 7a. |

PURPOSE:To eliminate a magnetic interference with a simple structure, small- size, low power and low heating by applying a drive force to an inverting spring mechanism by a piezoelectric element. CONSTITUTION:A movable contact 3 is accelerated as a flying member by the forces generated at the first or second piezoelectric elements 5, 7 at voltage applying time, flown and a movable member is inverted. Thus, the stroke of the contact 3 of the magnitude of the times of several tens to several hundreds of the displacements of the elements 5, 7 can be obtained, and large contacting force is obtained. Further, since the piezoelectric element known as having high energy conversion efficiency is used as the drive source of the contact 3 as the member, magnetic interference is eliminated at low heating. |
