| PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centering device for a film spool or a part, similar to it. SOLUTION: Hollow shafts 108, 110, which are arranged in both of the inside end part and the outside end part, of a frame, or part supporting means, are used so as to be engaged with the end parts of a film spool 10 or with flanges 18, 20. By means of a turning member, both of the hollow shafts 108, 110 are linearly moved at the same time in the direction in which they approach the spool 10 or in the direction in which they are separated from the spool 10. As the hollow shafts 108, 110 are moved so as to be arranged at equal distances from the center line of the spool 10, the center line of a web 12 wound on the spool 10 is always arranged on the same straight line as the center line of the spool 10. | PURPOSE: To set an interval between tapes to be butted to an optimum value at all times by moving minutely at least one tape out of two tapes in the tape lengthwise direction so as to finely adjust the interval between a magnetic tape and a reader tape. CONSTITUTION: In the device used for this method, a bearer table 12 is moved minutely by an air cylinder 19 and a stopper 15 so as to increase the interval between the magnetic tape 22 and the reader tape 23. Further, in this case, the minute amount of the bearer table 12 is obtained experimentally and by experience so as to set the interval between both the tapes 22 and 23 to a desired value, and the butting interval between both the tapes 22, 23 is set to an optimum value at all times by giving the minute amount obtained in this way. | PURPOSE:To miniaturize a disk, by providing a meandering pin on a disk containing an array of plural pairs of reels where two reels make a pair on its circumference to give a zigzag movement to a leader tape, and turning a disk after cutting and fixing the leader tape to the reel. CONSTITUTION:Plural pairs of reels are attached at the circumference of a disk 3 which turns round a shaft 4, and a leader tape 2 is drawn out to the fixing position. The tape 2 is hooked to a hook pin 21 by means a meandering means 18 to give zigzag movement to the tape 2. A tentative hooking open member 9 approaches to adsorb the tape 2, and the tape 2 is cut by a cutter 6. The both ends of the cut tape 2 are fixed to the groove of a hub by means of a pressure member 8 and a clamper. When this fixing is over, the disk 3 turns by 60 deg. in the case of an example shown in the figure. Then the next pair of reels 1 comes to a position opposite to the cutter 6, and the tape 2 is cut in the same way. A set of reels 1' and 1'' at both ends of the cut tape 2 is removed, and a new pair of reels 1 is attached. This can increase the length of the tape 2 by using a miniature disk. | ||||||

| PURPOSE:To adjust the tape bonding gap with good accuracy, by fixing transparent tapes to two attracting stands and bonding the tapes while moving the magnetic tape of one attracting stand after moving the other attracting stand minutely after the tape is cut off. CONSTITUTION:The attracting stand 4 attracting the magnetic tape 3 and the attracting stand 5 attracting the transparent tape are incorporatedly driven reciprocatingly toward directions W1, W2. The other attracting stand 9 of the transparent tape 2 is designed to be moved minutely with a good accuracy toward directions Z1, Z2. After the transparent tape 2 is set on the attracting stands 5, 9 and cut off with a cutter 6, the adsorbing stand 4 comes down to the position of the attracting stand 5, and the attracting stand 9 is moved slightly toward Z1 with a cam unit 10, and after the bonding gap is adjusted, the magnetic tape 3 and the transparent tape 2 are bonded with a bonding tape extracting and sticking unit 7. | PURPOSE:To prevent defects due to air bubbles and folds of bonded parts, by contacting a bonding tape and a tape to be bonded for each one end with an attracting stand and pressing them with a roller while blowing air between both the tapes. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum source is connected to the attracting stand 5 attracting the tape 4 to be bonded fixedly and the attracting stand 7 attracting the bonding tape 6 fixedly respectively, an air nozzle 8 is fitted to the attracting stand 5, and the attracting stand 7 is formed tilt movably up and down. In bonding tapes, the attracting stand 7 is fallen down, each one end of the tapes is bonded tentatively, air is blown from the nozzle 8 and the tapes are pressed sequentially from the bonded end with a roller 9 while floating the tape end. Thus, no sealed air exists in the bonding part, allowing to prevent air bubbles and folds and defects caused by them. | ||||||

| PURPOSE:To facilitate the discrimination between the upper and rear surfaces of a cleaning leader tape and to ensure the connection to a magnetic tape for the leader tape without error, by forming a upper/rear surface discriminating layer of double layers of different colors at least at a part of the cleaning leader tape. CONSTITUTION:A cleaning layer 2 is provided on a nonmagnetic supporter (for example, polyethylene terephthalate film) 1 to obtain a cleaning leader tape 3. A white paint, for example, is painted on the tape 3 to obtain the 1st upper/ rear surface discriminating layer 8. Then a blue paint is painted on the layer 8 to obtain the 2nd upper/rear surface discriminating layer 9. The tape 3 is connected to a magnetic tape 6 (with a nonmagnetic supporter 4 and a magnetic layer 5) via a splicing tape 7. In this case, the layer 2 is formed at the blue side, and the opposite side is white. Thus the discrimination is facilitated for the upper or rear surface of the leader tape. This eliminates the wrong connection to the tape 6 for the tape 3. | ||||||
