CONSTITUTION:A main device consists of a main body 1, a spool 2 for a splicing tape, the splicing tape 3, a roller 8 for feeding the splicing tape, a roller 9 for press-contacting, etc. Then, the roller 8 is rotated in a direction A by a transfer roller 10 and a belt 11, and the splicing tape is fed in a direction B through the press-contacting of the roller 9. While the operation of the splicing feed motor is controlled, the splicing carrying means constituted as mentioned above feeds the tape 3 by a prescribed extent, and consequently tapes are connected securely with the splicing tape.
