PURPOSE:To display easily the detection of a rotary body vibration variable corresponding to the rotational frequency of the rotary body by automatically adjusting the center frequency of a frequency selecting means in accordance with the rotational frequency. CONSTITUTION:The original point position and rotary frequency of the rotary body are detected by an original point detecting means 10 and a rotational frequency detecting means 11 and the frequency selecting means 29 adjusts its center frequency so as to be synchronized with the frequency of the rotary body on the basis of a signal outputted from the means 11. A vibration detecting means 7 detects the vibration of the rotary body 4 on the basis of the adjusted frequency on the basis of the adjusted frequency and a calculating means 23 calculates the vibration variables of plural dividing positions respectively based upon the detected original point position of the means 10 on the basis of the detected vibration. Display means 14, 16 display the maximum vibration variable based upon the calculated value of the means 23 and its finding position. consequently, the rotary body vibration variable corresponding to the rotational frequency can be easily detected and displayed. |

PURPOSE:To make effective the correcting of unbalance of a rotating working body (grindstone) by calculating the weight quantity to correct the unbalance of the rotating working body by a calculating means and displaying its quantity on a displaying means by a controlling means. CONSTITUTION:An origin setting means consisting of a projecting piece formed to a supporting shaft of a grinder and an origin detecting sensor is provided and a display device 10 having a dividing position indicating body 13, an origin display body 14, a weight display body 15 and a HOLD display body 16 is fixed to the frame. Then, a power source switch 11 is made on and the runout quantity of the grindstone is converted and controlled by a control circuit and the weight for every set number of rotations with the stability of rotation of the grindstone is lighted on the weight display body 15 and the angle position which is the correcting position is lighted on the dividing position indicating body 13 respectively. Further, when the balance of the grindstone is taken, the display to that effect is made on the weight display body 15. |

PURPOSE:To utilize effectively a device by placing a light reflection type origin detector so as to be opposed to a rotary area of a light reflecting body attached to the surface of a rotating body, calculating a deflection quantity corresponding to plural dividing positions from a vibration detecting value of the rotating body, and displaying the maximum or minimum dividing position of a vibration. CONSTITUTION:A work W is held on a table 29 provided on a frame 26 of a grinding machine, a grindstone 28 is fixed to the tip of a supporting shaft which can be rotated by a motor 30 and positioned at the upper part of the work W, and an orgin detecting sensor1 is placed at a position opposed to a rotary area of the grindstone 28 by a stand 31. Also, a light reflecting plate 6 is stuck in front of the grindstone 28, also a piezoelectric type acceleration pickup 2 is adsorbed to the upper part of the frame 26, each output of a sensor 1 and a pickup 2 is led to a control part contained in0 an indicator 3, and based on the origin in the rotating direction shown by the light reflecting body 6, as a reference, a deflection quantity corresponding to plural dividing positions is calculated, and the dividing position in which a vibration is maximum or minimum is displayed on a display body 15. |

PURPOSE:To accurately display unbalance, by selecting a vibration of a rotating work unit and a supporting shaft by a filter circuit from the detected vibration and obtaining a deflecting amount corresponding to each index position on the basis of an original point. CONSTITUTION:A supporting shaft 4 and a rotary wheel 3 are rotated, and if a switch is turned on, a device, performing initialization and discriminating the supporting shaft 4 to reach a fixed speed, calculates both oscillation of an original point signal from an original point detecting sensor 8 and deflection amount data Dn to be stored in each indexing position. The device, comparing averaged data calculated in each indexing position with the maximum deflection amount and each indexing position to be selected and correcting the maximum deflection angle while converting the maximum deflection amount, discriminates whether or not the maximum deflection amount is in a reference value or more, and the device, unless the maximum deflection amount is in a reference value or more, and the device, unless the maximum deflection amount is in the reference value or more, decides the rotary wheel 3 being in a balanced condition, displaying a good condition in a deflection amount display unit. |

PURPOSE:To recognize the unbalance simply and easily by lighting plural lighting members on the circumference provided corresponding to each dividing position of a body of rotation corresponding to the vibrating conditions and displaying the deflection quality of the body of rotation by a numerical value on the inside of the circumference. CONSTITUTION:Data connected with the vibration obtained from a vibration measuring instrument main body (not shown in figure) are displayed on a display board 36. Emission displaying bodies 18 are arranged at intervals of 10 deg. in a circumference shape on the display board 36 to emit the display body 18 corresponding to a position displaying signal from the main body. A mode of the maximum deflection display or the minimum deflection display is selected by a change-over switch 23 and a display part 21a or 21b is lighted and the maximum or minimum deflection quantity is displayed on a deflection displaying part 20. At that time, when HOLD is specified 24, a lamp 22 is lighted and data of the maximum vibration or the minimum deflection is held and displayed 20. Hereby, the recognition of vibration information is facilitated and the workability is improved. |

PURPOSE: To make operation easy by providing memory devices for geometrical parameters and measured values of rotating bodies.
CONSTITUTION: A measured value memory device 4 is disposed between pickups 1, 2 and a computer 5, and a geometrical parameter memory device 8 between an input keyboard 10 and the computer 5. Then, the geometrical parameters of the rotating body to be balanced are inputted and stored in the geometrical parameter memory device 9 by the input keyboard 10 and the measured values of the right and left measuring faces of a balancing machine are detected with the puckups 1, 2 and are stored in the measured value storage device 4. The computer 5 then operates the magnitude and phase of balancing weight based on the storage values and the computer 6 converts the outputs of a phase detection device 3 to corresponding units are displays the same in a display device 7. Hence, various measurements are made possible only by simple switch operations
