A method and package for controlled metered dispensing of a fluid product contained in the package having a metered dispensing system, each time the package is opened or uncapped are disclosed. By the present method and package, the maximum amount of product that can be dispensed is limited to a single metered dose after each uncapping of the package. Specifically, the metered dispensing system is configured to allow dispensing of only a single metered dose of a liquid, viscous liquid, gel, paste, or semi-solid product contained in the package and to prevent further dispensing of additional doses of product until at least one specific and deliberate step is taken that re-activates or re-engages the dispensing system. Only after the open package has been re-capped can the next dose of product be available for dispensing.

218 | METHOD FOR WRAPPING FOODSTUFFS AND WRAPPING VESSELS THEREOF | EP00946502.2 | 2000-07-19 | EP1206387A1 | 2002-05-22 | RHEE, Yeongwon |
A method for wrapping foodstuffs and wrapping vessels thereof are disclosed. In the method, a foodstuff is temporarily sectioned into a plurality of portions while indicating caloric content on each of the portions prior to wrapping the foodstuff with a wrapping vessel. Thus, people are allowable to consume one or more measured portions containing a desired content of calories. On the other hand, a wrapping vessel for foodstuffs are sectioned into a plurality of segments while indicating calories on each of sectioned portions of a wrapped foodstuff. In the above wrapping vessel, the caloric content is expressed separately on each of the sectioned portions while indicating the caloric content of each portion or total caloric contents of partially divided portions. The invention also provides a wrapping vessel for foodstuffs, having a calorie scale on its sidewall. In such a case, the calorie scale indicates caloric content of portions of a foodstuff within the wrapping vessel.
