| PURPOSE: Provided is a dyeing method using natural loess, which is excellent in colorfastness, antibacterial effect, and dose not cause color stains. CONSTITUTION: A loess solution is prepared by mixing 3-6 wt.% of loess powder, 6-8 wt.% of fabric softener, 3-6 wt.% of fastening agent, 1-2 wt.% of dispersing agent, 1-3 wt.% of salt, and 120 L of water. This solution is enough volume to dye of 100 kg of fabrics, that is, 1000 yard. This solution is poured into a tender machine, fabrics are controlled to be immersed in the solution at the speed of 22 to 26m/min, and dried at 150 deg.C. | ||||||

| PURPOSE: A cold-pad dyeing method of a natural fiber using a dyeing loess and a dyeing foreshore is provided to have the high washing fastness and the high rubbing fastness through a padding method. CONSTITUTION: The dyeing method comprises: a pre-processing step to scour, to bleach, to neutralize, and to rinse a natural fiber; a dye bath making step to immediately dilute the loess and the foreshore in a ratio of 1:2¯ 1:20 by water after filtering a corpuscle by diluting in water; a dyeing step to repeat the step to dig a textile into a dyeing agent, and to pad at a normal temperature by using a compress roller to get the needed color density; an after-process step to adhere the absorbed loess particle after regularly rinsing the dyed textile. This method is the processing method not to need a dyeing machine of a high-temperature and a high-pressure to the contrary to the usual loess dyeing method, and to be able to continuously dye at the same time. | ||||||
