PURPOSE: To set the main spindle of a sewing machine to a proper rotating speed according to a sewing work by changing the rotating speed of an auxiliary motor for rotating the main spindle of the sewing machine at low speed according to a change of the pulley diameter in a clutch motor for rotating the main spindle of the sewing machine at high speed.
CONSTITUTION: In a driving device of sewing machine, the driving shafts of a clutch motor for rotating the main spindle of a sewing machine at high speed and an auxiliary motor for similarly rotating it at low speed are mutually interlocked and connected. The CPU 801 of a control circuit 800 outputs a control signal to a motor driver 802 for driving the auxiliary motor while it inputs the detection signal from an auxiliary motor starting switch 401. The control circuit 800 has a means for changing the rotation of the auxiliary motor. According to the pulley diameter in the clutch motor, the rotating speed of the auxiliary motor is changed. The rotation changing means may be formed by a dip switch 805. Further, it may be formed by the control by program of the CPU 801.

PURPOSE: To enable a sewing machine to be simply changed to a desired machine by analyzing a control code from a commanding system with a control code analyzing means and controlling respective drive means of a sewing machine body according to the control code with a drive system controller to change only the commanding system.
CONSTITUTION: A drive control 29 for driving only a sewing machine body 28 is provided to be operated respectively according to an inputted control code. Then, errors are checked to send a status code. Further, after the completion of these operations and sewing, a status code of completing the sewing is transmitted. The commanding side receiving a predetermined control code can use commanding controllers 34, 36 and a personal computer 38 and the sewing system can be simply changed to various ones and adapted to correspond thereto.

PURPOSE: To place a final inserting position to a predetermined position by automatically putting a workpiece through under a vertically moving needle, interrupting the feeding of the workpiece in case of arrival at a designated position and ending only sewing which starts at the point of time when interruption is executed.
CONSTITUTION: A section s for moving a feeder 4 until first piercing is decided by the length (1) of the workpiece 7a to be sewed. When only the feeder 4 can be driven by the coming-off of coupling 22 and the closing of a pinching device 35, the workpieces 7 and 7a are moved in the direction of the needle 13 by workpiece pinches 34 in case a motor 1 is started. When a movement distance detected by distance detecting equipment 6 becomes (s), a controller 10 outputs a signal, coupling 22 is fastened by this and a sewing process is started. When the distance detecting equipment 6 detects the movement distance (1), the motor 1 is suspended, the pinch device is separated and the feeder 4 is not horizontally moved. Then the new signal arrives at the driving motor 1, the feeder 4 is re-started and final piercing which is started at the point of time when interruption is executed is ended.

PURPOSE:To finely and accurately control a sewing machine by adopting a speed control system by PLL control. CONSTITUTION:A CPU2 inputs information of speed setting means 15 through an I/O port 3 in accordance with a program in a memory 1. Then, a CPU2 inputs the information through the port 3 to a multiplexer (MPX)17. The MPX17 selects the voltage corresponding to the input terminals of 0, 1, 2, 3 and inputs to an IC18 for PLL. The IC18 compares a pulse signal from a frequency divider 22 input to a PCAIN terminal in phase with a pulse signal from a speed detector mounted in a sewing machine, input to a PCMIN terminal, and outputs a signal for driving a clutch coil 7 and a brake coil 11. When the rotating speed of the sewing machine is slow, the coil 7 is driven, and when the speed is fast, the coil 11 is driven. |
