PURPOSE: A cell-transducing transport domain fusion protein and use thereof are provided, thereby effectively transporting the transport domain fusion protein into a cell, and maintaining the activity of transferred protein within the cell, so that it can be useful for transferring bio-stimulating materials into the cells. CONSTITUTION: The cell-transducing transport domain fusion protein is prepared by covalently binding a transport domain comprising a hydrophobic domain consists of 15 to 30 amino acids and contains 5 or more of triptophanes, a lysine containing hydrophilic domain, and a spacer which separates these two domains to the N-terminal or C-terminal of a target protein which is not cell-transducible, wherein the transport domain is a peptide PEP-1 having the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:1.

PURPOSE: Provided are a cell-transducible catalase fusion protein and its use, thereby directly transducing human catalase into a cell in protein level and scavenging harmful reactive oxygen species in the cell. CONSTITUTION: The catalase fusion protein is manufactured by covalent bond of a protein tranducing domain(PTD) to a catalase, wherein the protein transducing domain is characterized by one selected from oligo arginine consisting of HIV-1 Tat(49-57), Tat(51-57), Tat(50-56), Tat(50-57), Tat(50-55) and 5-12 arginine residues, and oligopeptide consisting of 5-12 arginine or lysine residues. It has amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:4, 6 or 8.
