PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic electroconductive adhesive preventing a short-circuiting phenomenon during connecting of a circuit and having excellent long-term reliability. SOLUTION: An anisotropic electroconductive adhesive film 30 is composed of an insulating adhesive component 40 and a plurality of electroconductive particles 50 dispersed in the insulating adhesive component and a cross-linkable rubber-like resin contained in the insulating adhesive component. The cross-linkable rubber-like resin minimizes the heat shrinkage of the anisotropic electroconductive adhesive caused during polymerization or a curing reaction and prevents the peeling of the adhesive or lowering of the adhesive strength of the circuit during connection of the circuit when anisotropic electroconductive adhesive film 30 is interposed between the upper substrate 10 and the lower substrate 20 having mutually opposite circuit electrodes and hot-pressed. Thereby, short circuit across the adjacent electrodes is prevented during the connection of a microcircuit. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving adhesion between different rubber compositions in a rubber product such as a tire, a hose or a belt. SOLUTION: A layer of an adhesion-promoting rubber composition containing low molecular trans-1,4-polybutadiene rubber is inserted between the first rubber component and the second rubber component to be adhered in a rubber product so that the first rubber component may be brought into contact with one side of the layer of the adhesion-promoting rubber composition and the second rubber component may be brought into contact with the other side of the layer of the adhesion-promoting rubber composition. The inserted rubber components are pressed and adhered, and the first and second rubber components in combination with the layer of the adhesion-promoting rubber composition is cured under a heated and pressurized condition to provide the objective cured rubber product in the method for improving adhesion between the different rubber compositions. By using the method, good adhesion between both of the components is accomplished. COPYRIGHT: (C)1998,JPO

179 Shi - method of manufacturing a plant coated article JP11007485 1985-05-21 JPH068030B2 1994-02-02 RESUTAA TANNAN TOOI
A substantially solvent-free adhesive composition consists essentially of an elastomer and tackifier, a metal oxide and, optionally, a plasticizer. The elastomer is selected from the group consisting of polar elastomers and unsaturated elastomers which have at least 5 mole percent unsaturation said elastomer being a non-crystalline elastomer or an elastomer which has a slow rate of crystallization such that after a time period of at least 100 hours has elapsed following subjecting the elastomer to a temparature of 70 DEG C for 30 minutes, the elastomer has a room temperature Shore A hardness of less than 60. The adhesive compositions can be formed into a shaped article, such as of a tape, film, sheet or tubular sleeve, if desired. The compositions have high adhesive strength for bonding together a variety of substrates. The adhesive is particularly useful with a dimensionally recoverable article, such as a shrinkable sleeve, to bond the recovered sleeve to a substrate such as an electric cable.
