PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a semiconductor switching element from being overheated or recover it from overheated state without exerting influence on the rotational speed of a motor.
SOLUTION: A temperature sensor 33 detects the temperature of a MOS transistor 7, and a current detection circuit 35 detects the current passing through the MOS transistor 7. When a voltage Va corresponding to the detected temperature or a voltage Vc corresponding to the detected current rises and exceeds a threshold value, an overheated state detection signal Sb and further switching signals Sd and Se are brought to the H level. As a result, in a drive circuit 15, a switch circuit 26 is turned on and the gate resistance value becomes equal to the parallel value of resistors 24 and 25, and in a PWM control circuit 14, the PWM frequency is lowered. Thus, while the motor 2 is rotationally driven, the switching loss in the MOS transistor 7 can be reduced.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI

PURPOSE: To control precisely the moisture content of an object to be heated without generating the overshooting or hunting state of the moisture content. CONSTITUTION: A steam supplying pipe 1 for supplying steam is connected to a heating roll 4 and a pressure control valve 2 is fitted to the pipe 1. In addition, a pressure sensor 8 for detecting steam pressure is provided on the inlet side of the roll 4 and a temperature and moisture sensors 9 and 10 are provided above the roll 4. Moreover, a steam trap 5 is connected to the outlet side of the roll 4. COPYRIGHT: (C)1992,JPO&Japio

PURPOSE:To simplify monitoring operation by mutually relating plural block diagram pictures obtained by successively thinning apparatuses constituting equipment or its system diagram, measuring the operating state of each apparatus to be the minimum divided unit and sending measured data up to a master apparatus. CONSTITUTION:Each measuring equipment 1 measures the operating state of the equipment 2 and outputs its measured result to a communication control equipment 4 through a communication circuit 3. The equipment 4 outputs the monitoring of the equipment 2 specified by a touch screen to a computer 5. An image data storage device 6 stores the image data of the system diagram of the equipment 2 and block diagrams obtained by successively thinning respective constitutional apparatuses of the system diagram and image specifying data expressing the relation of these images. The computer 5 inputs data indicating the current states of the apparatuses included in the system diagram from the equipment 4, and when the apparatus indicates abnormality, displaying the apparatus in the thinned system diagram with red and modifies the display format to a blinking format, etc.

PURPOSE:To accelerate stabilization of a control system by discriminating whether the control system is in the hunting state or not and changing a constant of control operation where the deviation between a measured value and a set value is reduced to zero if the control system is in the hunting state. CONSTITUTION:It is discriminated whether the control system is in the stable state where the absolute value of the deviation between the measured value and the set value is held within a prescribed value for a certain period or in the unstable state where said absolute value is not held there; and if the control system is in the unstable state, it is discrimination whether the control system is in the hunting state or not. In the hunting discriminating operation, an initial value is set to a hunting counting counter at a time t2, when the polarity of a deviation signal is first inverted, after the start of the control operation, and simultaneously, a time T2 which is the period of the hunting discrimination operation is set to a discriminating timer. The value of the counting counter is decreased at each of times t3-t5 when the polarity of the deviation signal is inverted, and the hunting state is discriminated if the value of the counting counter becomes zero in the period T2, and a proportional operation constant is reduced. Hereafter, this detecting operation is repeated until the control system is in the stable state.
