| PURPOSE: To improve rate of operation of a track motorcar by a method wherein excavating nails for cutting and leveling of ballasts are provided to wings of a snowplough and displacing plates for thrusting-aside of the ballasts are provided to snow-collecting blades provided on both sides of a rotary snow remover so that both the members become capable of making vertical movement. CONSTITUTION: Excavating devices 14 equipped with excavating nails are installed to wings 6 provided to both sides of a snowplough 4 that is mounted to one end of a track motorcar 1. Displacing plates 42, capable of making vertical movement, are installed to snow-collecting blades 7 provided on both sides of a rotary snow remover 5 that is mounted on the other end of the motorcar 1. With the excavating nails and the displacing plates 42 lowered, the track motorcar 1 is driven with the excavating nails positioned at the head and the displacing plates 42 positioned at the rear, and ballasts are cut and leveled with the nails thrusted into a layer of the ballasts B, and the leveled ballasts B are then thrusted with the displacing plates 42 to the side of rails 3. | PURPOSE: To efficiently wash ballast by feeding pressurized air from the dust container of a track traveling vehicle to a track bed ballast through a pressure conduit, sucking the air after cleaning the roadbed ballast from the periphery of an outlet port, and housing the dust. CONSTITUTION: A track vehicle for cleaning a track bed ballast is formed of a blower fan 15, pressure nozzles 21, 46, a suction port 17, a pressure conduit 20, a suction conduit 12, and a container 13. The pressure nozzles 21, 46 are arranged in the center of the suction port 17, and the air blown off from the center is sucked to the suction port 17 while blowing off the dirt of the track bed ballast, and sent to the container 13 on the truck. The air sucked to the container 13 is sent again to the pressure nozzle 21 by the fan 15 and circulated. According to this, the track bed ballast can be efficiently cleaned.
