In the filter vessel 22, at first, the bath-tub water is brought into contact with a bath-tub water heater exchanger 20 to be heated and then passed through filter stones 21, where foulings such as fats and organic matters, etc., are removed, then through a bath-tub water return port 7, and a flow out port 5 to be returned to a bath-tub 1 after being cleaned.
