CONSTITUTION: The lagging container 1 is made of a thermally insulating material, e.g., foamed polystyrene, and consists of the outer container 2 having the hollows 4, and 5 capable of putting the subdivided containers 3. A coagulant is added to soybean milk (about at 80°C) obtained conventionally from soybeans, the soybean milk is fed to the subdivided containers 3 separately, the containers 3 are put in the lagging container 2, and the soybean milk is coagulated in thermally insulated state.
