Then, hot water valve 10 a is closed, simultaneously cool water valve 11a is opened to introduce cool water into the treating chamber of the bottomed frame A for cooling. The cool water is circulated and sent to cooling water tank 2, whereby the soybean curd 30 including ingredient 29 in a vessel 28 is obtained.
