Air supplied through the takeout opening 5 that also acts as an air supply opening is delivered into the fermentation tank through space between the rotary dampers 6. The heated steam is drawn through a drawing pipe 7 having a plurality of fine drawing holes 8, dust is removed in a strainer tank 9, then the steam is passed through a pressurizing tank 11 to a heat exchanger 13 where its heat is recovered, and then it is discharged through a discharge pipe 16 with part of it returned into the fermentation tank through a circuit pipe 15b.
