The residue is heated in a weakly alkaline saline water to obtain the second extract liquid. The residue of the second extract is brought into contact with an enzyme capable of disintegrating the cell membrane to obtain the third extract liquid. A mixture of the above three extract liquid components is mixed with a number of granular capsules obtained by coating an edible fluid matter containing a component different from the above components with a coating film containing low-methoxyl pectin and/or alginic acid, a polyvalent metallic component, and a coagulated protein. The dispersion is packed in a container and sealed to obtain the objective drink.
