CONSTITUTION: An adhesive is thinly coated on the exterior side face 2P and end face Q of a cylindrical case 2 in which casting of separation membranes 5 has bean completed. An injection needle is inserted into a rubber plug 13 and the same adhesive is injected by a pressure through a feed port 10 into grooves 3. The adhesive fills the grooves 3, then the adhesive infiltrates and diffuses into the places of the adhesive surfaces where the diffusion of the adhesive is insufficient. When the injection needle which has completed the feeding work is pulled from the plug 13, the hole opened in the plug 13 is closed by the tightening force of the rubber. Since the adhesive is replenished to the entire adhesive surface in the above-mentioned way, the stagnating parts of the liquid are eliminated and the propagation of microbes is suppressed.
