After the precipitate formation reaction and aging of ammonium magnesium phosphate by the use of long stagnation time in the digestive denitrifying tank, the floc is subjected to solid-liquid separation in the final sedimentation basin and flotation plant and the excess sludge is dehydrated by a dehydrator. The dehydrated and separated liquid is recycled into the digestive denitrifying tank as defoaming water.
