CONSTITUTION:A constant output driving circuit 1 is connected to an electron cooler 3, consisting of a Peltier element and a high heat conductive material 3 provided with a laser diode 2 and a heat sensitive element 4 on the surface, is placed in the cooler 3. Then, the output of the heatsensitive element 4 is sent to a temperature controlling circuit 6 through the intermediary of an amplifier 5, and a part of the output of the circuit is fed back to the cooler 3 by the microprocessor 7 which is connected to the temperature controlling circuit 6.
