A sample hold circuit 17 is connected to a connecting point of the amplifier 16 and the peak hold circuit 21, and a temperature control element 19 consisting of a Peltier element is driven by using a difference signal obtained by comparing with the reference voltage by a comparator 18 and the temperature of the laser 11 is made at a fixed temperature.
