If there takes place an earthquake during burning of the briquette 40, a seismic sensor 38 is actuated to close a switch for urging an electromagnet 37 and an electromagnetic valve 45, whereby releasing the retainer 36 from engamement with a recessed rotary plate 34 which is in turn rotated by tensile forces of spring 35 for closing a sight port 42.
