The quantity of the blast gas is controlled by adjusting the opening degree of valve 30 corresponding to the display value to maintain the reflux amount at a prescribed value. Thus, the reflux quantity of molten metal is continuously found and the degassing treatment can be grasped and controlled dynamically.
