Using the composite value consisting of the reactive component of the output current base wave of inverter and the reactive component of lod current base wave as a target value, and also the reactive component of the input base wave of the forward converter as an actual value, the control angle of the forward converter is controlled by the control circuit 7 in order to compensate for the reactive power of load.
