CONSTITUTION: A core 5 is formed by putting one yoke member made by the lamination consisting of n/2 sheets of thin silicon steel plates 1 on another. An insulated coil frames 9a are mounted on the tooth stem 3 to meet the inner face of the ∈- shaped stem integral with the comb tooth of the yoke member 2 to form a frame 9. A secondary winding 6 led to a thermal relay terminal is provided in the frame 9. These three elements 9, 9a and 3 are tightened up by driving a rivet 8 into an clamping hole 15 of the comb tooth 4 to insert a primary conductor 7 into the core 5. According to this construction, the manufacture process can be simplified without necessity of grinding the top end of the comb tooth. The spacing between the joined portions is removed by a butt of the plate face and the magnetic resistance can be reduced and the operational characteristics also be stabilized.
