In the punched hole 25a, since no object to increase resistance of passing-through air is present, a large amount of air passing therethrough can be ensured, the flow of air is improved, and since the punched holes 25a are formed in the exhaust part 25, the flow of exhaust air can be improved. As a result, the cooling efficiency of an electric part, e.g. magnetron 9, and the ventilating (exhaust) efficiency in a heating chamber 6 can be kept at an excellent value.
