CONSTITUTION:A D-FF circuit consists of a master FF1, a slave FF2 and an output buffer 3. The slave FF2 is provided with the Schottky diode clamp type TRs T23, T24. With the TRs 21, 22 turned respectively on, off, a current supplied to a collector of the TR T21 in the on-state via a resistor R24 and the TR T24 from a power supply line V. Thus, the potential of a node Q2 reaches L. When the TRs T21, T22 are switched into off/on, the current flowing to the collector of the T21 is interrupted immediately by the operation of the T21 and the potential at the node Q2 is pulled up. After the end of pullup, the T24 is in the cut-off state and a current flows to the base of the T22 via a R22 and a D24 from the line V, then the TR T22 is turned off.
