Accordingly, of the conductive adhesive sheet 6, such a part that does not take part in this connection between the circuit terminal train 2 and the electronic parts terminal train 4 is burned off and removed by a laser beam. With this constitution, an interval between terminals 2a and 2a or 4a and 4a becomes unconnected electrically.
