Wiring boards 11 and 11 are vertically arranged so that one of the respective end faces can be fitted to one of longitudinal frames 16 and 16 in the front surface side of a frame 12 by hinges 17 and 17. Thus, the wiring boards 11 and 11 are fitted to the frame 12 so as to be opened and closed in the form of the door. Accordingly, work such as the connection of a trunk line, private line or jumper line, etc., or wiring change, etc., can be wholly executed in the front surface side of the wiring board frame. Thus, the wiring board frame can be arranged in the side of walls, etc., and a space for setting it can be saved.
