Said inverted output and a high level output from a switch means 1 being generated by closing the circuit are entered into an NAND gate 9 and the output of the gate 9 becomes a high level, thus, actuating an alarm circuit 8. Accordingly, when a means 10 is kept closed, and if a baggage is left behind, an alarm of a wrist watch operates as a warning system, thus, enabling early to discover a baggage left behind and forgotten.
