In such a way, when this system is applied to use for correcting the connecting information so as to conform to the limit of the number of elements, the number of hierarchies, etc., in macro of a hierarchical structure of an input of an automatic layout system for executing hierarchically a layout, a first hierarchical structure can be referred to even in the processing after the automatic layout.
