Then the reproduction command is given for the input voice via keyboard terminal 9 when necessary, and thus the input voice is drawn out from recorder 5 for the proofreading and correction to be reproduced via voice edition/reproduction device 6 plus speaker 7, earphone 8 and the like. Thus, the proofreading with reading can be done by one person, enhancing the efficiency greatly.
